For maintenance and repairs, please email [email protected] with the item in need of maintenance or repair, original sales order #, description and your contact information. For the item in need of repair, please make sure to include photo of damage as well. We will provide a Service Request Form and shipping instructions. We prefer FedEx or UPS insured for the full retail value with a signature required upon delivery. If you use the post office, please insure the package and send it registered mail with signature required upon delivery. You are responsible for your shipping and handling fees. TOMO is not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged shipments.

Once the package arrives, we will inspect the contents and reach out within three business days through the contact information above. If additional fees are expected, we will notify you prior to working on your job.
