DOMESTIC SHIPPING
TOMO ships all packages insured for the full retail value. All items must be shipped to a physical address. All orders require a signature upon delivery. You are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer insured shipping to many worldwide destinations via FedEx/DHL. TOMO is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments and TOMO is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept non-custom, non-engraved items back for a refund within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. All items must be in their original packaging.
Should you decide to exchange or return a purchase for credit, you must notify TOMO directly within 14 days of delivery and ship merchandise back within 20 days of receiving the order. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of $100.

If you use the post office, please insure the package and send it registered mail with signature required upon delivery. You are responsible for your return shipping and handling fees. TOMO is not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged return shipments.
